i think im fast becoming an emotional wreck and it's all because of my sheer stupidity.

i want to know what's going through your mind all the time.. because when i dont, the million things that flash through my mind drives me crazy.
maybe i take your words too seriously, or like you said - i always take your words in the wrong context, but the revelation last night tore me apart.

i want long, soft hair.

i'll even use a comb/brush, which i havent touch in years. haha!

ermm but i dont really wanna look like a malay/filipino/indonesian lei.
my mum says long hair makes me look old too. =(
and i've received comments that i look like a little boy when i tie my hair up last time....

i still havent received a parcel i've been expecting since.. 26th of December 2007.

I don't know if I should blame it on the dishonesty of the seller or the un-reliability of SingPost. They claim to be the leading provider of postal services in Singapore - but of course - because I don't see any other mail boxes in which I can post my items in.

And when I called up to enquire on my lost mail, all they could say was "it's better if you opt for registered mail in future". I will do that, if you place post offices/counters everywhere on the streets like ATMs.

RARRRRR.

i hope my parcel reaches me safe and sound.
i promise to exercise caution in future, and not trust leading providers so easily in future... sigh.

wooo it's 2008 already! =D

2007 has been like a roller coaster ride for me - there's the checkered transition of learning environment from ntu to apmi kaplan, my brother's 4 months' absence in the household and his return, down periods in several friendships i hold close to heart and the best birthday party ever held for me, on top of many, many other memorable experiences.

my family has grown closer ever since my brother came back from aussieland, particularly between my brother and i. i was chatting with my brother over dinner one day, and he didnt say no when i talked about the possibility of me going over to sydney to look for him during his next long vacation! my brother and i havent even went shopping alone before in singapore lol. woohoooo going on a holiday with him is something i would give up..... my entire bank savings for!

after a tumultuous 2007, im really glad i still have my girlfriends standing by me. despite quarrels, a long period of not contacting each other or any other uncertainty, the people who matter are still close to heart and im still close to theirs (i think!) and that's all that matters. =) cheers to renewed friendships!

and then there's the boyfriend and the lessons i've learnt from our relationship.
i think we're a very funny couple; we could be fighting and staring at each other with eyes filled with hatred and tears in one moment and in the next, we're deciding what drink to get. hahahha

soooo.... for the year 2008, i would like to:
- stop getting cheated by online sellers (shame on you!)

- saveeee money to travel, shop and buy good non-fiction books

- upgrade my wardrobe (must not be lazy and dress-down all the time!) and lifestyle (no more nua-ing around - read newspapers, eat healthy and EXERCISE!)

- take care of my health. (ray says im the only girl he knows who doesnt drink water..)

- start a business AND keep it going! =)

my maternal cousin is getting married this saturday.
im uber excited! hahha!
