i've been busy busy busy lately.
having to juggle school, jap class and 2 tuition sessions per week on top of having to balance time with family and my boy is taking a toll on me!
im not sleeping enough and im getting tired around 8-9pm lately.
my brother has been back for 7 days since last tuesday, and he's returning back to sydney this wednesday midnight.
we havent been spending much time together as a family because he's been going out to catch up with friends, but it sure feels different having him around!
i finally got to eat Krispy Kremes which i've heard so much rave about!
it didnt taste as good as my brother described, most probably because it isnt fresh anymore.
but anyhoos, im keeping my fingers crossed that i'll have a chance to eat it fresh in sydney next year... heh heh.
time flies, he's supposed to be in singapore for 9 days, and his departure is only 2 days away from now. booooooo
i'm actually going on a field trip to the Asian Civilizations Museum tomoro! honestly, i dont quite know what to expect. hahhaha

hmmm seems like planning of the krabi trip for the year end isnt successful after all.
lh cant make it due to commitments, plus december is super-peak period which doubles the price of tour packages, so im not as keen anymore.
i was kinda disappointed, cos i really thought it'd come true. but well.. sorry people, to have made you all excited for nothing.
maybe we can try and organise a trip next year, when the guys are out of ns and have better control of their time? hee. sorryy.
met up with vicole for slightly more than an hour last night, and i think the amount we chatted was humongous. we yakked on and on like there's no tomorrow! lol

maybe.. it's true that we shouldnt expect too much from others and risk getting hurt.

went for tau huay supper on friday night, thanks to sky.
i think the total amount of time he spent ferrying us around was much more than the time actually spent eating!
we had a change of 'supper members' this time - adrian and melvin were replaced by leong (the Sexy) and huiyu couldnt make it at the last minute.
its a wonder sky managed to drive us all the way to geylang amidst the huge din we were creating just beside him! hahahhaha
i lovvvee my girls. =)
made ray donate blood for the first time in his life yesterday.
blood donation saved me from a entire afternoon of misery. hahahha

ohhh and MY BROTHER is coming back in 9 days time! HOOOOOOHOOO!

ever wondered what will happen to the rest of the world if you disappear one day?
i chanced upon a poster stuck firmly to a traffic light along orchard road one day and it was an appeal to look for a missing girl.
i visited the blog, read the newspaper articles and browsed through the comments left by her friends, relatives and even strangers.
and i teared.
it must be really difficult for her parents, not knowing if she's alive or otherwise..

by the way, there are more missing persons than you think there is -- open your eyes BIG and LOOK at the bulletin boards in mrt stations/bus interchanges.

there will be a Blood Donation Drive this coming saturday, 08 September 2007 at AMK Hub.
the entire process wont take more than half an hour, and you can even catch a movie at the all-new Cathay Cineplex which has very spacious and comfortable sofa-like seats.
take it as you're accumulating good karma..
it merely takes 1hour off your shopping plans and probably 1 day for your body to restore that pack of blood.
but i've read from somewhere that a bag of blood can save a life!
in case you're afraid of needles like i am, there is no need to worry because the process is PAIN-FREE. (honest!)
the sense of achievement and self-satisfaction far outweighs any form of pain you'll feel, if any at all.
so please try and squeeze in "blood donation" into your plans for saturday okay? =)

im hommmmme!
had a wonderful night out with ray and wormie!
it was a very, very impromptu thing - supposed to have dinner with my mum, eric and ray but my mum backed out last minute to play mahjong.
so it was just me and ray and i decided to take bumblebee out for a drive!
wanted to go chompchomp initially, but i was too scared.
then we considered maxwell and chinatown... which didnt sound comfortable to me either.
so we settled for sembawang.. ulu, yes. but the ulu-er the better, so we headed out!
oo and thats where i did my FIRST parallel parking!
thank goodness there wasnt any cars around to pressure me, i parked entirely based on agar-ation.
felt like my car was going to hit the mercedes behind me.. or that my wheels are gonna fall off into the drain! hahaha
well we had barbecued stingray, chicken satay and barbecued chicken wings..
after dinner, the 2 of us set off to canberra road to pick up miss wormie wong!
wooo we picked her up and slowly made our way towards town!
it was the FIRST time i went into a tunnel.. and the FIRST time i went to town at night!
orchard was sooo crowded, which wasnt a bad thing cos everyone drove slowly. hehehe
then we had rochor beancurd, aka Robert with you tiaos!
heheheheh and then i sent the both of them home, and went to pump petrol alone! weeeee
i feel gooooood! =D

but you gotta agree with me that Ark's a sucker for moneyyyyyyy. haha!
